Achieve Your Fitness Goals, One Step at a Time

Getting fit doesn’t have to mean hours spent at the gym. We can create customized programs that are designed for maximum efficiency, ensuring that you make the most of your time. By focusing on compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups, it’ll make your workouts more effective and time-efficient.

Of course we will ensure you’re familiar with all the equipment available, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results. Whether your goal is to shed a few pounds, build muscle, increase flexibility, or simply improve your overall health, our personalized approach will help you achieve it.

Boost Your Confidence, Inside and Out

One of the most incredible benefits of regular exercise is the boost in self-confidence it provides. When you feel good about your body and what it can do, your overall confidence soars. Our family here at Peak is not just here to help you reach your fitness goals; we’re here to help you discover your inner strength and confidence.

With our personalized training programs or general membership where you do your own thing, you’ll see progress and improvements that will make you feel unstoppable. Say goodbye to self-doubt and hello to a new, confident you!

Mike Russell

Mike Russell

Owner/Trainer

I’ve always been into health and fitness, beginning with sports as a child. The field has always been an area of interest and I obtained a BS Degree in Exercise Science in 2003 from the University of Salisbury, located in MD. After managing a trio of Power House Gyms on the Eastern Shore of MD, I moved to Florida in 2014, taking a training position at Peak Fitness Club.

The next 7+ years were spent building relationships and a training book of regular clients. I love working with clients from all backgrounds, all with unique goals. My training services include general programming such as targeting weight loss or improving lean muscle. This makes up the bulk of my clients, but I specialize in pain management through stretching and manual therapy. This has widespread effectiveness ranging from everyday knee/neck/back pain to specific neurological conditions.

I believe each client is unique in their history, what they want to accomplish, and the best way to reach personal goals. Through this approach, customized programs are designed that are traditionally much more effective due to their appeal and results they obtain, making them exponentially more sustainable.

Sarah Dillon

Manager/Trainer/Group Ex

Growing up I was an incredibly shy person. The one thing that could draw me out of my shell was dance. Something about being on stage made me feel invincible. When I moved away from that part of my life as an adult, something was always missing. When I found group fitness, that fire I’ve been searching for was reignited and I’ve spent the last 6 years developing this new passion. I believe there is so much more to working out than just aiming to look a certain way. My goal as a fitness instructor and trainer is to create a healthy lifestyle for my clients that they can maintain; and bring them into a community they can count on.

Josue Erazo

Hello my name is Josue Erazo. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2020. I specialize in bodybuilding, but I love all things fitness. I introduced myself into fitness because waking up every morning knowing that I’m making a positive impact on someone else’s life makes me love what I do. My goal is to help as many people improve physically and mentally. If you’re looking to make improvements in these areas, contact me to get started on the right path.

Certifications, Experience, who can I train?

I am certified through Dr. Brent Brookbush DPT with the Brookbush Institute as a Human Movement Specialist and have been using corrective exercise techniques on clients for over 6 years. I have no weaknesses in my training portfolio. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain through hypertrophy training, gaining strength, coming back from an injury, reducing the likelihood of injury, sport specific training, gaining overall speed, gaining explosiveness, or gaining overall mobility and flexibility, I have helped hundreds make it to any of their personalized goals.

Corrective and Neurological Training

I can train senior citizens and the young alike. Never think you’re too old to accomplish greatness. I have personally witnessed the stories of many clients over the age of 60 that have made miraculous comebacks with their pure will power and my knowledge. I have vast experience training individuals with degenerative neurological and neuromuscular diseases through a proprietary blend of passive and active warmups, passive and active stretching techniques, balance and stability training, strength training with variable resistance, neuroplasticity exercises, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Say goodbye to any lower back pain, sciatic nerve complications, shoulder pain, neck pain etc.

Are you a recent victim of a stroke or diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson’s…? I will make a brand-new better version of yourself with my advanced knowledge of applied anatomy and physiology. In addition, I have trained many athletes to get from high school to division 1 and 2 collegiate level athletics to professional sports. Also, through the use of corrective exercise techniques, the likelihood of injury while playing their respective sports is reduced.

About Myself and current Goals

I am currently an amateur boxer and on team Four Corners Boxing Gym in Port Richey Florida. I am also in the process of transferring to USF to complete my bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with hopes of getting my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification through the NSCA. Lastly, I am currently a Maritime Enforcement specialist in the United States Coast Guard Reserve and have been in the service for 5 years with a few active-duty assignments including Hurricane Relief for Hurricane IDA in Louisiana in 2021.
